There are a number of states where you can ship legally, yet internet sales are laughable in those states. More than many products, people simply will not risk the expense of buying by internet, wines about which they know nothing. If you start a winery, you should know and plan for this.

And if you know anything about the way it actually works, most small wineries break the law and ship illegally anyway. When Free the Grapes asked at a meeting attended by dozens of small Napa Valley wineries for a volunteer for a test case...the one requirement being that the winery had never shipped illegally...there was not a single winery that could do it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-836834983159060886.post-49481919007523190432008-06-07T14:39:00.000-05:002008-06-07T14:39:00.000-05:00The Dude abides!Us small wineries love the Dude :)...The Dude abides!

Us small wineries love the Dude :)tannichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16080139775130613404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-836834983159060886.post-56821376063100212432008-06-06T20:21:00.000-05:002008-06-06T20:21:00.000-05:00Great move.
